Having trouble fitting the shower head? Our shower head is compatible with the standard G1/2 interface, but precise alignment is necessary during installation to ensure proper screwing. Adjust the angle of the shower head to find the correct entry point for threading.
Experiencing leakage at the connection point? Ensure that the filtered rubber washer inside the connector is properly placed and flattened. Avoid overtightening the connector to prevent squeezing the gasket. Use Teflon tape (3-5 circles) as an additional measure to prevent leakage.
Noticed water inside the new product? Keep in mind that all products undergo water testing before leaving the factory. It is normal for some products to have residual water if they were not completely dried during manufacturing.
Struggling with the tight swivel ball joint? The swivel ball joint should be installed onto the shower arm first for easy angle adjustment due to leverage. Adjusting the head by hand out of the box does not reflect its swivel capability after installation.
